Pre-Departure Preparatory Programme (PDPP)

Lum Chang – Straits Construction (LCSC) is one of the appointed service providers by Building Construction Authority (BCA) for the Pre-Departure Preparatory Programme (PDPP), helping CMP sectors to ease the foreign manpower shortage from Bangladesh.

The current cost for LCSC PDPP (Bangladesh) is $1,150 (exclude GST and MWOC/Onboard Centres at Singapore) with effect from 09 March 2022. The mentioned cost is non refundable.

– Printing of all documents required for boarding (documents to be shared by Employer)

Application and Confirmation Process

Company shall submit their request via below online form.

LCSC will follow up with the employers on the PPDP Quota and share the relevant information with them to ensure they are aware of the immigration and infection control protocols.

Company shall submit the Nominal Roll (NR), full set of In Principle Approval (IPA), the attested IPA, BMET Card, scanned passport copy (validity of more than 6-8 months from flight date) before the registration closure date.

LCSC will validate all the abovementioned documents and notify the company of their status. If the documents are all in order, invoice will be issued to the company to make the payment within 3 working days.

Upon payment of the invoice, LCSC will advise on the Entry Approval (EA) application procedures, together with the mandatory Security Bond for IPA Holders. Company shall submit the EA and SB to LCSC for final validation.

LCSC will advise Company the SG Arrival Procedure in accordance with ICA’s requirements.
